Summary Position Description: The Vice President will work intimately with leadership on executing and leading transactions and helping build relationships with clients. The Vice President is expected to attend and participate in client meetings and contribute to business development and marketing efforts. Vice Presidents are expected to contribute to junior banker’s development.
Desired Qualifications: The ideal Vice President candidate will have at least 5 to 7 years of investment banking or financial advisory experience, or an MBA plus 2-4 years of similar experience. The Vice President will ideally have relevant experience executing transactions in the middle market with tech-enabled services or software firms.
