His achievements in this area, alongside his success in the capital markets vertical, have been pivotal to Evolve’s growth and reputation in the industry. Notably, Jon’s guidance in leading the Southwest Adjusters and Vertical 5 M&A transactions has significantly bolstered Evolve’s presence and expertise in the insurance services sector.

As Jon steps into his new role as Director, he also embraces a personal milestone, returning to New York after an 18-month tenure in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This temporary relocation supported his wife’s pursuit of an MBA at the University of Michigan. Jon’s commitment to both his professional and personal life exemplifies the balance and dedication Evolve values in its leaders. As he returns to New York, Jon brings with him not just a wealth of experience and success, but also a renewed enthusiasm to drive further growth and client impact. In addition, we are delighted to announce the promotion of Peter Kang to Associate from Analyst, recognizing his remarkable contributions since joining us a year ago. Peter, who previously honed his skills at MTS Partners, a healthcare-focused investment bank, has consistently demonstrated a passion for delivering top-tier financial skills, analysis, and transaction support.

His commitment to maximizing outcomes for our clients has been unwavering. Operating exclusively within the insurance and capital markets verticals, specifically with service and software firms, Peter has been the lead analyst on almost half a dozen M&A sell-side processes. His dedication and expertise have been instrumental in these successes. As Peter steps into his new role, he looks forward to being a key driver in propelling the Evolve brand forward, working alongside management to enhance our client offerings and firm’s growth trajectory.
